A life in motion
Guiding people back to themselves through movement, breath and stillness.
I was seven years old when I first stepped onto the rhythmic gymnastics floor. Within a few years, I became a member of the national team and a national champion, representing my country in international competitions and championships. Movement was my first language — and it has remained my life’s work ever since.
After my athletic career, I completed a BSc in Physical Education and Sport Science in Athens, Greece, followed by an MBA in Nicosia, Cyprus. I began my formal training in Yoga and Pilates in 2004 and have not stopped learning since.
My path eventually took me to India, to the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in Kerala, where I received the title of Yoga Siromani. I studied Prana Vinyasa Yoga Flow, completed Reiki training, and attended workshops and retreats with teachers from around the world — not to accumulate certificates, but from a genuine curiosity about what these practices could offer.
In 2005, I began teaching professionally, working with health clubs and studios in Athens and Nicosia. Over the years, I have worked with athletes and complete beginners, with people recovering from injury and others simply searching for more stillness in their daily lives. I have taught pre and post-natal classes, supported people experiencing anxiety, and helped many find relief from chronic physical tension, including back pain, cervical issues, and postural imbalances.
In 2017, I founded AURA, my yoga and Pilates center in Nicosia. For eight years, I taught group classes, private sessions, and workshops in my own space — Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, and Breathwork. It was a place built on genuine care and human connection.
When it had fulfilled its purpose, I chose to close the studio — not as a loss, but as a conscious step toward something more expansive: a balanced life, online teaching, and the opportunity to reach people beyond Cyprus, offering these practices to anyone, anywhere.
Travel has also become an important part of my journey. I often embark on solo adventures and explorations, and so far I have visited 33 countries. Along the way, I have stayed with Hindu monks in an ashram, travelled alone through Europe, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, and China, ascended a volcano in Java, Indonesia, and in 2025 completed the Everest Base Camp trek at 5,364 meters.
These experiences are not separate from my teaching. They continually remind me that the practices I share are not simply techniques, but a way of being fully present in your own life.
What I offer is twenty-one years of genuine practice, taught with care and thoughtfully applied to modern life.

My approach
I don't believe in one size fits all wellness. Every body has its own history and journey. Every person arrives with a different relationship to movement, breath and stillness.
What I bring to every session whether it’s a guided audio, a private session or a course, is precision, genuine attention and twenty one years of experience across Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork and Meditation. Practical tools. Applied to your actual life.
